Çağrı Nakipoğlu - My world: Europe Tour with Yamaha X-City - Part7 - VENICE

It would be a different experience for me to be in Como with my motorcycle. I will have the opportunity to make a tour at Como Lake.

The sorrounding villages of Como were incredible.

The route between Venice and Como was boring. It is wise not to use the highway but find some other possibilities.

As soon as we arrived to the hotel, we carried our bags to the hotel room, changed our clothes and started with the tour. We passed through the villages/cities Como - Cernobbio - Mennagio - (taking the ferry) Bellagio and turned back to Como. But I want to go there again and make a more intensive tour and spend more time there.

I advice you to take your best cameras with you. Please do not think that you don't have enough space. I would reserve a full day and stop wherever I think it worths and enjoy the whole lake view.

You can also get on the small airplanes and have a 45 mins or more flight over Como Lake. 45 min flight costs 180 Euro for two persons (as far as I remember) but you have to make a reservation as early as possible. It is not always easy to find last minute opportunities.

We stayed at a hotel called Riva Al Lago. It was well-priced and very clean.

You can use the funicular for going up to Brunate to have a great view of the Como City and the lake. We wanted to go up with the scooters but we thought that it can take some time and it was a bit late after the lake tour. So, we used the funicular. If you have enough time, you can buy a one way ticket and walk back to the city from Brunate.

Next day we had a long way to go. Passing through Switzerland, we were planning to reach to France. After we had our dinner, we turned back to our hotel and slept. But the pizzas were GREAT :)
